Please contact our office at 512-302-4047 to activate your portal. 

FYI: the info will be sent to the email you provided us. 

Just follow instructions in the email, set up password and good to go.

If you already have activated the portal you can reach portal through link below and log on.

(HINT:  Your user name is the email you provided us)

TO SECURELY SEND US A COPY OF YOUR ID AND/OR INSURANCE CARD

1) Log onto portal

2) Click Hamburger button top left (three parallel lines)

3) Select "Messages" from drop down box

4) Select "Compose Message"  in light blue box

5) Select To: Medical Assistants and fill out subject, message

6) Click add attachment at bottom left.

7) Use your camera to take photos of FRONT and BACK of  INSURANCE CARD. We just need front of driver's license (**make sure we can read all the info on your insurance**)

7) Click send and done! 🥳
